ClientEarth Marks a Major Supreme Court Victory Against Air Pollution

Five years after ClientEarth's battle for cleaner air first began, the U.K. Supreme Court ordered the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) to create and release an air-quality plan for the United Kingdom to meet the European Union's objectives for nitrogen dioxide by the end of 2015.
