A dialogue with Ashoka Fellow Cindy Kaplan, cofounder and executive director of the SPOON Foundation, an organization with a worldwide mission to improve nutrition and feeding for orphans and vulnerable children, so they may grow and develop to their full potential. 

Recognizing the unique and urgent nutritional needs of children impacted by institutional care, Cindy and her colleagues aim to equip governments and citizen organizations to protect these children from the debilitating—yet easily preventable—consequences of malnutrition and improper feeding.
