A dialogue with Ashoka Fellow Judy Stuart, founder and manager of Future Farmers Foundation, a South African organization that helps young South Africans become successful commercial farmers or farm managers through training and leadership development. Future Farmers coordinates apprenticeships that place young South Africans on farms where they work their way up from the bottom. After this practical experience, these young leaders have a chance to enroll in international internship programs, exposing them to diverse agrobusiness standards and cultures.
